We're looking for enthusiastic, articulate alumni volunteers to help to recruit the best and brightest students to EIU. Volunteers will work with our admissions counselors to represent Eastern at upcoming college fairs throughout Illinois.
Our Alumni Admissions Volunteering Training can help prepare you for the questions you might encounter from prospective students and their parents at college fairs and beyond. The next workshop is set for Sept. 20 in Oak Brook, Ill.

In November, the Alumni Association will honor Eastern's female student-athletes who competed from the 1930s through the late 1980s by presenting them with their long overdue and well-deserved "EI" letters.
If you are an honoree, watch your mailbox — details will be mailed out in the next couple of weeks.
To help us make sure we don't leave anybody out, please check our list of identified honorees, as well as our list of those we need help contacting. If you have information that will help, please contact us (800-ALUM-EIU or alumeiu@eiu.edu). Thank you!
